About ClearView Financial Advice Pty Ltd (ClearView)
ClearView is a national financial planning group that specialises in developing integrated Wealth Management solutions for credit unions and their members. ClearView has been the preferred financial planning partner and supplier to a number of Credit Unions for several years.

The costs to expect
The Community Mutual Group operates to serve our members. Our primary concern is to give our members the best financial products and services at minimum cost. When members are asked what they value most about us the answer is 'the personal service, understanding and trust'. For that reason when we look for business partners to help us give our members access to more products and services, we are diligent in our search and determined that our partners must be able to promise personal service, understanding and trust.

Financial Services Guides are available to help you understand the roles that would be performed by The Community Mutual Group and ClearView when providing services to you. This information can be obtained at your nearest branch, or by calling 132 067 during business hours. If you use The Community Mutual Group to access Wealth Management services, the first consultation with an adviser will be free of charge. The financial services provided thereafter may result in the payment of fees and commissions to The Community Mutual Group and/or ClearView.
If you decide, after your initial consultation, to have a comprehensive financial plan prepared, there will generally be a fee charged, although that fee can be waived depending on your particular financial circumstances. To ensure you are aware of any costs before you make any decisions, you will be advised at the initial consultation.
